Conscious Grieving® is a grief support service that combines yoga with other modalities. Grieving the death or loss of a loved one poses one of life’s most challenging situations. It is a uniquely personal and emotional journey many would rather not take. Yet when Conscious Grieving® is in place, intense growth and remarkable personal transformation are possible.

Having lived through the death of someone very close to me, I know how overwhelmingly sad and seemingly endless the process of grieving can be. Once I found emotional support and had effective coping skills in place, processing the loss raised my awareness and took my life in a new direction. I developed Conscious Grieving® to be of service to people of all ages in grief and to those supporting people in grief.

Using my Conscious Grieving® model I offer individual consultations, group sessions, workshops, retreats and provide a variety of Conscious Grieving® resources,  Additionally I offer confidential compassionate grieving support, letting go rituals, opportunities for creative expression, appropriate coping skills and grief specific yoga sequences. Support will be provided, while honoring the loss of a loved one. Conscious Grieving® is dedicated to Jack Ibarra 1973-2007.
