Surviving the loss or death of a loved one poses one of life’s most challenging situations. Grief is a uniquely personal and emotional journey that many would rather not take. Yet when embarked upon consciously, with gentle support and compassionate tools, intense growth and remarkable personal transformation become possible.
This grief support workshop offers a sacred space to process loss through Conscious Grieving®, an integrative approach founded by Koren Paalman that combines yoga with complementary healing modalities. As spring invites the earth to bloom again after winter’s dormancy, we too can begin to open—gently, tenderly, at our own pace—to healing and possibility.
During this live-stream interactive workshop, we’ll practice gentle, grief-specific yoga poses designed to facilitate the process of letting go while honoring those who have left us. Drawing on the season’s natural rhythms of renewal and growth, we’ll explore healthy ways to cope with grief and loss in a compassionate and safe environment. Whether you’re navigating recent loss or carrying grief from years past, this workshop provides gentle tools to help you move through sorrow with awareness and self-compassion.
Conscious Grieving® recognizes that grief lives in the body as well as the heart and mind. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and therapeutic practices, you’ll learn to honor your grief while creating space for healing and the tender possibility of renewal.
