Sunday March 15, 2026
Surviving the loss or death of a loved one poses one of life’s most profound challenges. It’s a deeply personal and emotional journey that can feel overwhelming, isolating, and endless. Many of us would do anything to avoid this pain. Yet when we meet grief consciously, with support, compassion, and skillful practices—intense growth and remarkable personal transformation become possible.
At this workshop, we’ll practice gentle, grief-specific yoga poses designed to facilitate the process of letting go while honoring those who have left us. These aren’t typical yoga classes—the poses are carefully chosen to help release what the body holds, create space for what needs to move through you, and honor the love that remains.
In a compassionate and safe environment, we’ll discuss healthy ways to cope with grief and loss. As spring invites the earth to bloom again after winter’s dormancy, we too can begin to soften into healing, gently, tenderly, at our own pace. The season’s natural rhythms of renewal remind us that growth and grief can coexist, that honoring loss and embracing life aren’t opposing forces.
You’ll leave with practices to support your ongoing grief journey and perhaps a deeper sense that you don’t have to carry this alone.
