Koren Yoga Classes

Koren Yoga Classes are held through Koren’s personal livestream studio. There is no pre-registration required – just CONTACT ME for the password. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. If this is your first class, please sign in 10 minutes early.
Monday & Wednesday, 9:00-10:15a PT

Please have the following props ready if you have them available. Note: You can still participate without having all of the following props – they are not required.
